After more than seven months of design and construction, a set of desulphurization system shared by 1#180m2 and 3#200m2 sintering machines of the Fujian Sanming Group sintering plant successfully completed the 72-hour evaluation test run on December 13, 2008, and was successfully handed over. .
This device is the second desulphurization device put into operation by Sansteel. It still uses the dry fluid desulfurization process of the CFB used in the flue gas desulfurization project of No. 2 180m2 sintering machine head. The entire system is designed, purchased, installed and commissioned by Fujian Longjing. During the demonstration of the plan, Sangang fully considered that the Longjing flue gas circulating fluidized bed process has extensive experience in the desulfurization application of the power industry and has a large amount of flue gas and multiple furnaces, and decided to put the original 1#180m2 and 200m2 to be newly built. The flue gas of the sintering machine is jointly processed. Compared with the “single-machine single tower†scheme, the “two-machine-one-tower†scheme can reduce investment and operating costs by 10 to 15%. This technology is the first in the sintering industry. The overall project was formally started in early July 2008. It began to be commissioned in early December 2008, and began to run 72 hours on December 10th. During the appraisal operation period, the equipment and system are stable in operation, all technical and economic indicators are better than the design value, the desulfurization efficiency is over 98%, and the dust emission is lower than 30mg/Nm3.
The successful application of this technology will provide a good reference for China's small and medium-sized sinter machines using a low-cost, low-cost operating "multi-machine-tower" program.
