According to reports, the registered capital of the new company is 720 million yuan, and the concept of the newest international production method is introduced to make full use of Dongfeng stock resources. Its manufacturing position is built using an intensive model, and it will build a domestic first-class QCD production line and become a global benchmarking factory for Nissan production. The initial construction scale will be an annual output of 100,000 engines, and will reach 150,000 units in the later period. The annual production value will be 3.5 to 5 billion yuan. The overall stiffness and strength of the ZD30 engine is higher than that of similar domestic products, and its dynamic performance is about 10% higher than that of the same type of engine. The minimum specific fuel consumption of the full load is 3 to 5% lower than that of a domestic 3L European IV engine of the same type, and emissions reach Euro III. Euro IV standard. At the same time, good miniaturization, lightweight design, and automatic sensing of oil level will reduce the driver's maintenance strength and improve the engine's self-protection capability.
