Stainless steel gear pumps, also known as sanitary pumps, are mainly used in the food industry.

The stainless steel gear pump is a horizontal rotary pump and mainly includes a pump body, a gear, a bearing seat, a safety valve, a bearing, and a sealing device and the like.

The stainless steel gear pump is equipped with a safety valve. The bearing adopts copper-based powder oil bearing. In addition, stainless steel gear pumps can be filled with flexible graphite with flexible, high temperature and low temperature, chemically stable and self-lubricating flexible graphite as filler.

Moving open, remove some or all of the high-pressure liquid back to the low-pressure chamber, thereby protecting the gear pump and the pipeline.

The flexible coupling is directly connected with the drive motor and installed on the common cast iron chassis.
