When the soil temperature and air temperature were 20°C and 25°C, respectively, the net photosynthetic rate of the leaves of the Primula amurensis was the highest at 14.67 μmol CO2·m-2·s-1. The optimum soil temperature range for leaf net photosynthetic rate is 15°C~20°C, and the optimum temperature range is 20°C~25°C. The soil temperature and humidity recorder found that the optimum soil temperature range was in line with the monthly mean temperature (15°C) at a depth of 5 cm deep in the in-growth soil, which was lower than that of tomato and amaranth. The temperature with the highest net photosynthetic rate is the same as the dwarf sedge grass that was born at 3200m above sea level.

In a certain range of soil temperature, when the soil temperature rises, it promotes the photosynthesis of the leaves; when it exceeds a certain point, the temperature rise will play an inhibitory role. Under different temperature conditions, the net photosynthetic rate of leaves in the same soil temperature range varies greatly with soil temperature, and even completely different trends appear.

The results of the soil temperature and humidity recorder showed that, when the soil temperature and humidity were controlled under certain conditions, different temperatures had great differences in the photosynthetic rate of the leaves, and the adaptation to the appropriate temperature was completely different. At 10°C~35°C and 15°C, under low temperature and high temperature conditions, the optimum soil temperature at the temperature of 20°C to 30°C in the net photosynthetic rate of Primula amurensis was relatively decreased. At different temperatures, the net photosynthetic rate was the lowest when the soil temperature was 25°C.
