Glympse is an app that has been around for a long time and now lets you share your map's location information with friends so they can find you. I think the idea is to let them meet places that you often play with. A new application has been launched, called Glympse Express, which is very similar and aims to let you share location data with other applications.
Glympse Express can cut and paste links to other applications such as Facebook Messenger, Gmail, Weibo, and more. Glympse Express can also send location data via SMS or email to people in your address book. The link points to the real-time map of where you are. Like the main Glympse app, Express makes it easier for people to keep up with you when you are traveling.
Location data can be used to specify time sharing when you share it. Glympse Express was launched on October 9 and is 2.7MB in size. The current version is 1.0, which requires Android 2.3 or higher to run. Android users of Google Events can now download.
