· "Automobile Maintenance Industry Opening Conditions" training started in Hangzhou
On March 18th, the fifth phase of the “GB/T16739-2014 “Opening Conditions for Automobile Maintenance Industry†Publicity Training Course†hosted by the Transportation Department of the Ministry of Transport, the National Automobile Maintenance Standardization Technical Committee and the Automobile Maintenance and Repair Magazine Hangzhou Tianma Hotel held 492 representatives from 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions including Jiangsu, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangxi and Guizhou to participate in the training. Meng Qiu, deputy director of the Department of Transportation of the Ministry of Transport, and deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Road Transportation Administration Wen Li, relevant person in charge of the Hangzhou Motor Vehicle Service Administration, Wang Xuejun, president of the Automobile Maintenance and Repair Magazine, and Zhang Xueli, secretary general of the National Automobile Maintenance Standardization Technical Committee, attended the opening ceremony.
At the opening ceremony, Deputy Director Fang Wenli gave a welcome speech and introduced the development of the motor vehicle maintenance industry in Zhejiang Province. Deputy Director Meng Qiu gave the Ministry of Transport the title of “Reform and Innovate to Serve the People's Livelihood and Promote the Transformation and Upgrade of the Automobile Maintenance Industryâ€. The “Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Transformation and Upgrading of the Automobile Maintenance Industry to Improve Service Quality†issued by the 10 ministries and commissions detailed interpretation, analyzed the situation and opportunities faced by the automobile maintenance industry, analyzed the problems existing in the development of the automobile maintenance industry, and pointed out the automobile maintenance. The development direction of the industry has interpreted many highlights of the Guiding Opinions and gave the next steps and suggestions. The relevant person in charge of the Vehicle Administration Bureau explained the vehicle management system of Hangzhou City with the title of “Research on the Service Management System of Motor Vehicle Maintenance Industryâ€: Focusing on the concept of administration according to law, continuously improving the construction of the legal system; and constantly improving the industry around the concept of information management Construction of management system; continuously deepen the construction of green maintenance system around the concept of sustainable development; continuously strengthen the construction of talent management system around the concept of people-oriented; continuously promote the construction of industry culture system around the concept of brand development.
This training course will focus on the relevant laws and regulations on motor vehicle maintenance, the interpretation of the opening conditions of the automobile maintenance industry, the safety production of automobile maintenance enterprises, the maintenance technology of green vehicles, the specification of motor vehicle maintenance services and the construction of information on automobile maintenance. The follow-up sixth and seventh trainings will continue in Hangzhou on the 20th and 23rd of this month.
