With many hands and labor intensity, and the concentration ratio of the emulsion is difficult to accurately grasp, the waste of emulsified oil is caused to some extent. At the same time, there are many unsafe factors in the manual addition. In order to fundamentally solve this series of problems, the mine independently designed and used an automatic pneumatic oil emulsion pump device.
The device uses hoses, air pressure pipes, oil storage tanks, filtration devices and control gate valves in accordance with the relevant requirements. The principle is to use pressure air as power. Under the action of wind pressure, the grease in the oil drum is transferred to the emulsion pump box after being pressurized by the gate valve, so that the emulsified grease can be added at any time, and the emulsified oil in the pump box is automatically adjusted at the same time. The amount ensures the quality of the emulsion.
The device has simple processing steps, strong operability, high stability, and can be widely applied to underground working sites requiring emulsion pump stations. The design and use of the device greatly improves the accuracy of the emulsion concentration ratio, and the emulsion concentration complies with the relevant requirements, ensuring the pressure of the downhole hydraulic support and the monolithic support, enhancing the safety, and reducing the safety. The labor intensity of the operators saves labor, and at least two workers can be reduced in each shift, saving labor costs. In addition, the high-quality emulsion helps to extend the service life of the hydraulic support pipe and the stent valve, saving Material costs. The design and use of an air-dynamic emulsion pump automatic refueling device in the mine has fundamentally changed the laborious and dangerous situation of artificially adding emulsified oil, achieving the goal of being safe and economical.
