CNC single-column one-time forming grinder was successfully trial-produced in Hangzhou

Hangzhou Machine Tool Group has successfully developed a CNC single-column one-time lathe bed guide rail grinding machine for Dalian Machine Tool Group. This advanced equipment features a single-column grinding head mobile layout, which enhances operational flexibility and stability. The main spindle is equipped with a dynamic and static pressure bearing system, ensuring smooth and precise rotation during the grinding process. The grinding head motor delivers 45kW of power, providing sufficient force for high-efficiency machining. The machine utilizes a combined grinding wheel structure, with the largest wheel span reaching up to 500mm, allowing for greater versatility in handling different workpieces. One of its key innovations is the first desktop hydraulic and mechanical combined profiling grinding wheel correction device. This system uses a secondary hydraulic cylinder for vertical profiling and transverse mechanical transmission, resulting in highly sensitive and accurate correction actions. The stability of the correction accuracy ensures consistent quality in the final product. Equipped with a two-axis numerical control system, the machine offers excellent positioning precision, making it ideal for complex and detailed grinding tasks. It can grind and shape the lathe bed or saddle rail surface in a single operation, significantly improving both grinding efficiency and accuracy. This advancement not only reduces production time but also minimizes the need for multiple setups, enhancing overall productivity. Optical Fiber 2-color Ratio Pyrometer

This classification includes two color infrared pyrometers which consist of lens, fiber optics and processing components. Fiber optic can bear high temperature up to 250℃ and do not need additional cooling. It has strong casing, use stainless steel lens(with air purge functions), die cast aluminum housing, protection grade is IP54. SMART-F series two-color pyrometer determines the temperature of an object by measuring the ratio of energy at two different wavelengths. The advanced software and hardware design help pyrometers meet the application in harsh environment as moisture, dust, target size change, partial blockage and emissivity change, even if the detection signal attenuates 95%, the temperature measurement results will not be effected.
