Rapid development of micro-nephropathy rapid biochemical analyzer

Recently, the National 863B Project “Research on Rapid Detection Microsystems of Typical Diseases” jointly undertaken by the Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Xiamen Ouda Science and Technology Co., Ltd. passed the acceptance of the 863 expert group of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

It is reported that after a year and a half of hard work, the project team successfully developed the first biochemical analyzer for rapid detection of miniature kidney disease in China, and completed the small-scale trial production of the instrument. The key component of the instrument, the miniature spectrometer, obtained the production license. The prototype of the instrument completed a total of 700 clinical trials in four different hospitals in China. The test results show that the performance indicators have basically reached the level of imported large biochemical analyzers. The instrument has the characteristics of small size, low cost, easy operation and short detection time. It can test multiple biochemical indicators in the wavelength range of 340 to 750 nm. It has broad application prospects in clinical testing and family.

In the research process, the project team used the micro-machining method to develop silicon-based heating chips, polymer micro-optical alignment chips and silicon fiber slits for the first time, realizing the mass production of key parts. The symmetrical structure simplifies the optical path of the micro spectrometer, reduces the volume, greatly improves the performance of the instrument, and reduces the final cost and production cycle of the instrument.
