In silicon chemical industry, it will vigorously develop industrial silicon as the support, organic silicon monomer as the focus, silicone oil, silicon rubber, silicon resin, and silane coupling agent as the silicon chemical industry in the development direction. Industrial silicon production capacity in 2010 will reach 500,000 tons, and organic silicon will reach 300,000 tons. A number of 100,000 to 200,000-ton metal silicon projects will be built in energy and resource-rich regions, and two to three sets of organic silicon production facilities with an annual output of 100,000 tons will be built.
