Zhang Peiyu said that during the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, the first-phase construction projects in the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park were completed and put into production, and the second phase of the project was started with a series of projects represented by 10 million tons of oil refining and 1 million tons of ethylene.
