Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions issued a circular to confirm that 184 enterprises are the second batch of innovative pilot companies, including 12 chemical companies.
The 12 chemical companies are: China National Petroleum Corporation, China National Chemical Corporation, Shenyang Chemical Research Institute, Tianjin Chemical Research & Design Institute, China Daily Chemical Industry Research Institute, China Lucky Film Group, Dandong Hengxing Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. Company, Siping Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd., Hubei Yihua Group Co., Ltd., Hubei Dinglong Chemical Co., Ltd., Guangdong Xixi Chemical Co., Ltd., and Qingdao Ocean Chemical Research Institute.

The "Notice" requires that pilot companies should focus on establishing the core position of innovation in corporate development strategies, improving innovative institutional mechanisms, strengthening the innovation base and capacity building, increasing investment in R&D, cultivating and attracting innovative talents, cultivating innovative culture, etc. , actively carry out pilot work. Enterprises that do not carry out pilot work according to requirements will cancel their pilot qualifications, and will also make timely adjustments to enterprises that no longer have pilot conditions due to major changes.
