In the recently held "Energy-saving Innovation, Life-changing" Forum, Shanghai Forte Group, the top three real estate development company, released the energy-saving building R & D results, arousing the attention of the industry. The group launched two experimental energy-saving buildings, built according to the modern ecological building standards, using a total of 15 new technologies. The purpose is to explore: How to create a healthy development of commercial housing, energy saving and ecological protection of the ecological path, highlighting convenient, safe and durable, intelligent, humane and other essential features of modern architecture.
Shanghai Jiaotong University Institute of Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering Thermal Environment Engineering Research Center and solar power generation and refrigeration engineering research center involved in the design and construction of renewable energy systems, respectively, the two experimental energy-saving buildings were implemented solar + gas-assisted hot water, Floor heating compound energy system and a new high-efficiency air-to-water heat pump hot water system, which bear all the domestic hot water load and part of the heating load, play an important role in reducing building energy consumption and also become the highlight of these two buildings.
