Here are some images from the exhibit hall at McCormick Place during the Fire Rescue International trade show. These photos capture a variety of local fire departments showcasing their equipment and vehicles.
The first image features a new AEV ambulance for Bloomingdale, captured by Larry Shapiro. Another shot highlights a Leyden Township ambulance built by Wheeled Coach, also photographed by Larry Shapiro. A second image of the same ambulance is included, giving a different perspective.
River Forest Fire Department is represented with a quint and a new Smeal quint, both photographed by Larry Shapiro and Josh Boyajian. Franklin Park's engine can be seen in the Marion booth, as captured by Larry Shapiro. Alsip Fire Department's Car 2000 is featured, taken by Josh Boyajian, while Joliet Engine 8 is shown by Larry Shapiro.
Aurora Fire Department has two images: one showing Engine 9 by Josh Boyajian, and another highlighting it as the third new engine for Aurora, photographed by Larry Shapiro. Crestwood Fire Department's Ford Expedition is captured by Larry Shapiro, and Chicago Fire Department's Turret Wagon 6-7-3 and a Comm Van 2-7-8 from O’Hare are included, both by Josh Boyajian.
Finally, two HME quints for the Gary Fire Department are displayed, one by Larry Shapiro and the other by Josh Boyajian. These images provide a glimpse into the latest firefighting equipment being showcased at the event.
