It mainly studies time-frequency transmission timing technology, remote calibration technology, and time based on NTP network timing. The frequency transmission technology realizes network timing and time-to-time transmission, establishes a network-time service station of the provincial-level measurement department, broadcasts the standard time, and solves the effective traceability problem related to the measurement of the local measurement department and the time value.
"Guidelines for the Implementation of Energy Metering Data Collection and Monitoring in the Cement Industry" (Project No.: 2017kj001) is a scientific and technological project completed by the Energy Center of the Metrology Institute of Guizhou Province. Through the investigation and research on the whole process of production of cement production enterprises in Guizhou Province, combined with the energy measurement instruments Reasonable allocation, according to the requirements of the national mandatory standards, the preparation of implementation guidelines in line with the actual situation of the enterprise, and at the same time improve the setting of energy measurement collection points of enterprises, and connect the collected data to the “energy-saving service platform for energy consumption of cement enterprises in Guizhou Province”.
"Cloud on Guizhou" Metrology Public Service Platform (Internet Metrology Public Service Platform) (Project No.: 2018ZK003) is a science and technology project completed by the Business Department of the Metrology Institute of Guizhou Province. The project will review the data through various methods such as web pages. WeChat and mobile APP are released to the public to provide customers with inquiry services. The service platform combines enterprise data with inspection process data, and uses big data technology to comprehensively cut into enterprise quality management and technological innovation to provide high-quality measurement for enterprises. The school service minimizes the cost of detecting and managing enterprise measuring instruments, and also improves the service efficiency of the measuring technology institutions, providing better "one-stop" services for enterprises.
After receiving the inquiry, discussion and inspection of relevant materials, the acceptance expert group agreed that the acceptance materials submitted by the project team were complete, the contents of the planned tasks were completed, and the acceptance requirements were met; the project expenditure budget was standardized and reasonable. All the three science and technology projects have successfully completed the assessment objectives of the plan and task book, and agreed to pass the acceptance.
