Instrument output current exceeds 20mA, in most cases due to sensor open circuit may also be caused by the sensor and the protective sleeve insulation resistance decreased (isolated instrument to prevent the failure). If the input short circuit, will not affect the instrument work. When the button to select the loop, the output current is less than 4mA, the meter indicates below zero.

Instrument adjustment steps: Instrument calibration regularly need to correct the instrument error, according to the following steps to be adjusted: (four loop Pt100 input range 0 ~ 150 ℃ as an example)

1. Open the instrument panel, press the figure to turn on the power. First in the first loop input termination standard resistance box, and adjusted to 100Ω, the remaining circuit input short circuit.

2. Adjust the potentiometer W11 so that the output is 4mA. Then set the resistor to 157.31Ω and then adjust W12 so that the output is 20mA. This procedure is repeated several times until it reaches the desired accuracy range.

3. The standard resistance box connected to the second road, step 2 to adjust the zero adjustment potentiometer W21 and full-scale potentiometer W22, the output is 4mA and 20mA, adjust the second loop, the rest of the input circuit Should be short-circuited.

4. Connect the standard resistance box to the third and fourth loops respectively and repeat step 2. Adjusting the potentiometers W31, W32 and W41, W42 respectively, all four circuits are adjusted.
