China Drying Network On June 4th, the "2014 Edible Mushroom Processing Technology Division Enterprise Matchmaking and Industry Demonstration Matchmaking Meeting" jointly organized by the Agricultural Products Processing Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Fujian Provincial Department of Agriculture was grandly held in Gutian County, Fujian Province. The meeting gathered the technical needs and technical difficulties of more than 90 edible mushroom processing companies. 6 research institutes such as Agricultural Engineering Technology Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, 78 edible mushroom processing enterprises, equipment manufacturers, professional cooperatives and farmers in Fujian Province, 31 administrative departments for agricultural product processing and mushroom production, with a total of more than 150 representatives Participated in this meeting.
At the meeting, according to the characteristics of edible fungi processing in Fujian Province, Professor Junjun Chen, Deputy Director of the Institute of Agricultural Engineering and Technology of the Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Professor Wang Zejin, Associate Dean of the College of Food Science, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, and Professor Gao Yizheng, Chief Scientist of the Royal New Zealand Academy of Sciences, etc. Through special reports, the system introduced the technology, development status and development trend of edible fungi preservation, drying, and deep processing, and thoroughly analyzed the common problems existing in edible mushroom processing enterprises. The content of the report was rich and detailed and was fully affirmed by the participants.
The meeting also carried out two technological docking activities, namely the "Division of Dried Edible Fungi Technology (including deep processing)" and "Division of edible fungi preservation technology". Experts, enterprises, peasant households and edible fungi processing and management department personnel selected dried mushroom equipment such as red mushroom, hedgehog fungus, and white fungus during processing, new production line of Hericium erinaceus biscuit, active polysaccharide extraction and separation of edible fungi, edible fungus refrigeration equipment We will discuss specific technical issues such as the construction and prevention of the discoloration of edible fungi and the detriment of natural disasters. After the meeting, Prof. Junjun Chen and Prof. Wang Zejin went to the enterprises in Pingnan County and Gutian County to conduct on-site instruction. The joint meeting of the company's enterprises has solved more than 50 technical requirements and technical problems of edible mushroom processing companies, and many companies and scientific research institutions have reached cooperation intentions.
