Techcross and MMHE sign a memorandum of understanding on the supply of ballast water management systems

After the approval of the Ballast Water Management Convention, two ballast water management system suppliers in Asia, Techcross Korea and MMHE Malaysia, have signed a memorandum of understanding on the supply of ballast water management systems.
Techcross and MMHE will work with four shipyards in Singapore, Dubai, India and Spain.
Techcross pointed out that in order to respond faster to user inquiries, the company has added a service base in Malaysia.
Since 2012, MMHE has become part of the extended shipyard of Bergad (MHB), a Malaysian offshore heavy industry holding company.
MMHE said that as the convention is in force, the company has recognized the need to support its customers and has recognized that good and effective cooperation with ballast water management system providers will support and play a key role in future development.
The memorandum of understanding signed between Techcross and MMHE is designed to take advantage of the important refit markets in four countries.
