Single plunger vacuum drip oiler

The product is suitable for use in air / natural gas CNG compressors, reciprocating pumps, forging presses, engines and other pressure working machinery. During its operation, forced lubrication of friction parts is performed to reduce mechanical wear and ensure normal operation of the machine. It is used for pressure lubrication in chemical, oil refining, refrigeration, oxygen production, metallurgy, mining machinery, marine engines, heavy-duty tractors, rubber, plastics, printing machinery, textile and other mechanical transmission equipment.

Structure and working principle The oiler consists of several oil injection pumps, oil tanks and transmission parts installed on the upper surface of the tank.
1. Prime pump The prime pump is the main component of the injector. Each oil injection pump is screwed to the box and the lever pivots around the support pin by the rotation of the camshaft. When the eccentricity of the cam gradually decreases, the plunger moves downward under the action of the spring, so that a vacuum is formed in the plunger sleeve of the pump body. Due to the effect of the atmospheric pressure, the lubricating oil is sucked by the oil suction pipe, and the inhaled lubricating oil passes through the oil inlet pipe of the pump body and enters the drip oil pipe. At this time, the oil cover is also in a vacuum state, so that the vacuum sucks the oil out of the drip pipe and sucks it out. The oil is re-entered into the pump body through the small hole in the oil hood, so that the inside of the oil hood is formed as a closed path. When the eccentricity gradually increases, the plunger moves upward to discharge the lubricating oil to the lubrication points via the oil filling valve. According to the number of user lubrication points, the required number of oiling pumps can be arranged on the tank.

According to the plunger diameter and plunger stroke difference: medium pressure (16MPa), high pressure (32MPa), ultra-high pressure (40,63,100MPa) three types of injection pump. The fuel injection pump and the corresponding fuel tank and transmission part can be combined into medium pressure, high pressure and ultra high pressure three types of oiler.

2. The fuel tank is the part that stores the oil, installs the oil pump, and supports the camshaft. Each lubricator usually has one or two fuel tanks (one for each unit and two for two units). The oil injection pump is arranged on the top plane of the tank. The work of each pump is driven by the cam on the camshaft in the box. Camshafts are composed of different numbers of cams according to different product specifications (ie different lubrication points). The camshaft is driven by the transmission section.

3. Transmission section The oiler transmission section has two major categories: I. Driven by the host. II. Individual drive.

I. The injector driven by the host, our company manufactures three standard types:
(1) ZL type: Coupling type, the host works by overtaking clutch clutch drive;
(2) ZB type: pendulum type, driven by the host to drive the pendulum;
(3) ZJ type: key coupling type, camshaft head with flat keys, by the host direct transmission work.

II、Individual Driven Lubricator Our company produces ZD type: the camshaft is driven by the motor through the secondary transmission of the lower reducer (worm, worm gear deceleration and small, big gear deceleration). If the dual oiler, there is a coupling between the camshafts of the two fuel tanks to drive the two camshafts to rotate synchronously, so that the oiling pumps above the two oil tanks run synchronously every two times, and the shaking hands on the sides of the oil tanks are only used when manual operation is required. .

Use and maintenance 1, the working medium of the oiler should be used when the kinematic viscosity at 50 °C is 7 ~ 40CST of lubricating oil, the working medium contains impurities particles should not be 0.025mm.
2. When filling the tank, it should pass through the oil filter in the filler port.
3, the size of the amount of oil, can be adjusted to adjust the screw sleeve, anti-clockwise rotation of the screw set to increase the amount of oil. Turn clockwise to reduce the amount of oil, the minimum can be reduced to zero, the lock nut should be tightened after adjustment.
4. Before the oil pipe is connected to the main engine oiling point, the oil should be added to the maximum oil level of the fuel tank. The oil pump should be adjusted to the maximum oil quantity position. Start the oiler or shake the handle first, or push the handles one by one until there is a drip pipe inside. The oil drips continuously, and the lubricant has been filled with the oil pipe before it can be connected to the main engine fueling point to begin work.
5, the oil in the tank should be refueled when the oil level is lowered.
6. Do not disassemble the oil cover as you wish, so as to prevent the oil from leaking.
7. When the drip tube is not driped, remove the pump and clean it with clean kerosene. Check the non-return valve of the check valve body of the oil pump and check whether there is any leakage in the oil circuit.
8. When the oil is not in the outlet, check the non-return valve of the oil injection valve and the tightness of the mating surface, and check whether there is leakage in the oil line, or if the plunger and the plunger sleeve increase, the pressure of the oil injection may also decrease due to the increased wear gap. Or no oil.
9. The oiler should be cleaned regularly with clean kerosene to remove impurities and dirt inside the oiler and the oil tank. The oiler under continuous working condition should be cleaned once every month.

pay attention:
(1) The reducer should be started after refueling. The lubricant in the reducer should be cleaned and replaced once a month.
(2) The oil level of the lubricator box should not be lower than the bottom of the cam. If it is lower than the bottom of the cam, it should be filled in time. Otherwise it will affect the life of oiler and camshaft.
(3) If the oiler is temporarily not used, the oil filling amount should be adjusted to zero or the sealed anti-rust oil should be removed.
