Features:
• The TCD dehumidifying and drying feeding assembly is equipped with a honeycomb runner, and a low dew point dry air with good stability can be obtained. The shape is divided into two types: semi-open type and fully closed type.
• Suitable for engineering plastic materials with strong hygroscopicity such as: PA, PC, PBT, PET, etc.;
• Integrate three functions of dehumidification, drying and two-stage feeding, and select three-stage feeding function;
• Insulation drying drum adopts the design of the lower blowpipe and the cyclone exhaust device to prevent the loss of heat energy, ensure the temperature and improve the drying efficiency;
• All machines are equipped with a circuit-closed feeding system to prevent dried materials from getting wet again due to contact with the outside air;
• The double dehumidifier system uses a double cooler structure to ensure a lower return air temperature and dew point;
• The feeding system is equipped with a cutting valve to ensure that there is no residual material in the feed tube;
