The plan puts forward that chemical logistics construction is embodied in two aspects. The first is the construction of a new national chemical base in Inner Mongolia, the introduction of large-scale chemical logistics companies at home and abroad, and the promotion of professionalization of chemical logistics. The specific goal is to vigorously develop liquid and gas chemical pipeline logistics, and construct two pipelines for transportation of dimethyl ether and methanol from Ordos-Jingtang Port, and Chifeng Keshiketeng-Beijing, Ordos-Jingjin-Hebei, Erdos-Wuhan, Tongliao - Shenyang, Hulunbeier-Harbin 5 coal gas pipelines. The second is to speed up the development of logistics of specialty chemical products, relying on chemical production bases such as Ordos, Baotou, Wuhai and Ximeng to construct Baotou New Aohonghua Logistics Park, Ximeng Duolun Federal Logistics Park, Ordos Qipanjing Chemical Product Logistics Center, Hulunbuir. Dayan Chemical Products Logistics Center and a number of chemical product professional logistics parks, and preparations for the establishment of national-level methanol, PVC and other specialty chemical products trading center, to improve the collection and distribution of specialty chemical products.
It is reported that in order to ensure the smooth implementation of chemical logistics planning, Inner Mongolia has also introduced a series of preferential policies such as taxation and land use to further expand the opening of the chemical logistics industry and attract domestic and foreign third-party logistics companies. Encourage domestic and foreign large-scale logistics companies to set up branches in Inner Mongolia, combine, acquire, and merge self-governing logistics companies to become bigger and stronger; guide logistics companies in the region to actively “go out†and launch cross-regional logistics business. At the same time, it will also strengthen the logistics cooperation between Inner Mongolia and neighboring provinces, carry out policy coordination and technical cooperation in chemical logistics, and achieve effective docking of chemical logistics business.
