**Working Steps:**
1. **Feeding:** Standard design uses a belt conveyor to feed plastic scraps like film, filament, and raffia into the compactor. An optional roll-hauling device is available for handling roll scraps. The feeding speed is fully automatic based on the compactor’s load. A metal detector can be integrated to ensure safety.
2. **Crushing and Compacting:** High-speed rotating blades crush and compact the material, reducing volume and preparing it for the extruder. This step ensures fast and stable feeding.
3. **Plasticization and Degassing:** A specialized single screw extruder gently melts the pre-compacted material. The system includes a double-zone vacuum degassing unit to remove moisture and low molecular substances, ensuring high-quality output.
4. **Melt Filtration:** Non-stop screen changers (double-plate or double-piston types) are used to maintain consistent quality and reduce downtime.
5. **Pelletizing:** The standard water-ring pelletizing system ensures high-quality granules. The system automatically adjusts blade pressure and RPM based on melt pressure, ensuring optimal performance and long uptime.
