**Working Steps:**
1. **Feeding:** Plastic scraps are fed into the compactor via a belt conveyor. For handling roll scraps, an optional roll-hauling device is available. The feeding speed is fully automatic, controlled by sensors that monitor the compactor’s fill level. A metal detector can also be integrated to ensure safety.
2. **Crushing and Compacting:** High-speed rotating blades cut and crush the material, generating frictional heat that helps shrink and compact the waste. This step ensures smooth and stable feeding into the extruder.
3. **Plasticization and Degassing:** The pre-compacted material is melted and processed through a specialized single screw extruder. A double-zone vacuum system efficiently removes volatiles and moisture, ensuring clean and high-quality output.
