### Structure of Yaw and Pitch Bearings
Yaw and pitch bearings are typically designed as single-row ball slewing rings with four-point contact or double-row ball slewing rings with four-point contact. These bearings can be further categorized based on the position of gears into: bearings without gears, bearings with internal gears, and bearings with external gears.
### Material and Heat Treatment
The rolling elements in yaw and pitch bearings are manufactured from GCr15 or GCr15SiMn bearing steel, complying with GB/T 18254-2002. The heat treatment must follow JB/T 1255-2001 standards. Alternative materials with similar or improved properties may also be used.
The ring material is usually 42CrMo or other materials that meet technical requirements according to GB/T 3077-1999. After hardening and quenching, the hardness should be between 229HB and 269HB. The raceway hardness after quenching should range from 55HRC to 62HRC, with an effective hardened layer thickness that meets the required specifications.

### Lubrication Hole

### Seal
The seal material for yaw and pitch bearings should be NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) as per HG/T 2811-1996 or better alternatives. We use high-quality seals from renowned manufacturers to ensure reliable performance and durability.
### Spacer and Cage
Our yaw bearings feature self-lubricating spacers that help maintain optimal lubrication even when oil distribution is uneven. This ensures consistent contact between the balls and the raceway.

### Preservative Treatment
Except for the grooves and gear areas, all other surfaces of yaw and pitch bearings undergo thermal spraying anti-corrosion treatment in accordance with GB/T 9793-1997 and GB/T 8427-1996. When using zinc coating, the anti-corrosion layer thickness should be no less than 160μm. Other corrosion protection methods can be applied if they meet the machine's performance requirements.
