Work surface pressure relief safety technical measures

Due to the long stoppage time of the 2201 working face, the pressure on the working face increases sharply, but the safety valve of the hydraulic support does not open. To prevent the damage of the bracket, this measure is specially formulated. The specific matters are as follows:

I. Overview:

The cutting angle of the working face is 182m, and the ZYT4000/16/30 type end hydraulic support 2 and the ZYT3200/16/26 type end hydraulic support are used respectively at the end of the tape. The track is used separately. ZYT4000/16/30 type end hydraulic support 1 and ZYT3200/16/26 type end hydraulic support 1; working surface uses 128 ZY3200/09/21 basic support.

Third, the original reason and the method adopted:

1. Through the KJ693 top board dynamic monitoring system wireless pressure gauge and mechanical pressure gauge observation, the pressure at the upper and lower ends exceeds 40.76MPa, and the partial pressure of the working surface exceeds 38.5MPa, but the safety valve of the bracket does not open, much larger than the working surface. The bracket is subjected to pressure, indicating that the bracket safety valve is blocked and damaged, and should be repaired and replaced in time. The following measures are taken.

2. Take the method of slowly lowering the column and lifting the column to replace the pressure.

(1) Firstly, the pump station emulsification pump is turned on, the pump station pressure reaches 31.5 MPa, and the pressure at the working surface is not less than 24 MPa.

(2) All the brackets with the end brackets larger than 40.76 MPa are slowly relieved, and the pressure is re-refilled after the pressure is released. The initial supporting force must reach 24 MPa or more; the brackets from the working surface head to the tail of the basic bracket are more than 38.5 MPa. Slowly relieve pressure, re-refill after pressure relief, the initial support force must reach 24MPa or more. After the stent is lifted, the monomer column is refilled twice.

(3) Before each pressure relief operation, two DW-2.2 m single hydraulic props are supported in front of the bracket column in the direction of the mountain. After the column is stabilized, the tank is moved to the next construction working point. .

(4) There are two consecutive sections in the working surface and more than two or more than 38.5 MPa. The partition is used to relieve pressure to prevent the roof of the working face from sinking.

(5) After the treatment is completed, the hydraulic support and the single-pillar of the working face are all refilled twice.

3. Replace the hydraulic support column safety valve steps:

(1) Close the two inlet shut-off valves.

(2) When replacing the safety valve on the left side of the stand column, close the liquid inlet shutoff valve on the right side of the stand column.

(3) Remove the old column safety valve with a small crowbar and install a new column safety valve.

(4) Open the inlet shut-off valve of this frame.

(5) Replace the right column safety valve in the same way.

(6) Open the adjacent two inlet shut-off valves after the left and right column safety valves are replaced.

(7) The replaced safety valve is wrapped with cotton yarn to feed the liquid head, and the team leader is responsible for recycling.

Fourth, the use and storage of support materials

The working face uses DW-2.2 m single hydraulic props, the belt lane uses DW-31.5 type single hydraulic props, and the track lane uses DW-2.5 type single hydraulic props.

The spare materials are stored in the track and the groove is placed 50 meters away from the front to be sorted neatly, and the instruction plate is hung.

V. Safety technical measures:

1. All employees must strictly implement the “Coal Mine Safety Regulations”, “Coal Mine Safety Technical Operation Regulations” and “2201 Coal Mining Face Operation Rules”.

2. All employees must be certified to work, strictly implement the post responsibility system and knock out the top system.

3. In order to prevent the occurrence of major accidents, the monitoring systems, ventilation systems, dust-proof systems and communication systems of the working surface should be kept in good condition and adhere to normal use.

4. When the working area is partially serious, it is necessary to advance the column and maintain the coal wall in time.

5, the brackets should be arranged in a straight line, the deviation should not exceed ± 50mm, the center distance deviation does not exceed ± 100mm.

6. Since the working surface has a certain inclination, the single column will move to one side after the pressure is released. It is necessary to ensure that the pillar is strong against the mountain, and the deviation is ±100mm.

7. Before the pressure is relieved, the pump station maintenance worker must clean the pump box and add a certain amount of emulsion to make the concentration reach 3%-5%.

8. When liquid is supplied to the working surface, the personnel are evacuated to a safe place to prevent the pipeline from injuring people. For damaged pipelines, they should be replaced in time.

9. Before rehydration, the contact surface of the single column and the top beam of the bracket is flat and matted with wood mats. The missing or damaged wooden mats are filled in time and replaced. All the single column anti-falling ropes must be complete and effective.

10. After rehydration, the direction of the valve core of all the single hydraulic props is the same, and the stroke of the single strut column shall not be less than 150mm.

11. Both ends adopt the end bracket and the hinged top beam to support the single hydraulic prop. When the end is relieved, in order to prevent the top plate from sinking at both ends, the 3.3m long steel beam is used with the single hydraulic support to strengthen the support when the gap between the head supports is greater than 0.5m.
