This heavy-duty long reach boom is compatible with a wide range of excavator models. OEM services are also available upon request.
We use advanced manufacturing techniques to ensure precision and reliability. Our process follows international standards, ensuring the highest quality performance.
Standard supply includes: bucket, linkage, bucket cylinder, 4 oil pipes/hoses, 6 pins, and a lubrication system.
The stick cylinder and two boom cylinders can be made from your original machine’s components, or we can manufacture them for you if needed.
If required, we can add extra hydraulic lines to support additional applications such as rock breakers, grapples, and quick hitches.
All welding is done manually using a protective gas mixture of 80% Argon and 20% COâ‚‚, which is considered the gold standard for welding quality.
The main materials used are Q345B and Q690D, with Q690D used for the top and bottom cover plates. Other parts are made from Q345B. Weldox is also an option depending on the application. The pin material is 42CrMo4.
For heavy-duty applications, some parts can be reinforced by using thicker plates or overlapping multiple plates to enhance strength and durability.
Before welding, we use a large edge milling machine to prepare the edges of the steel sheets. This ensures a more precise and stronger weld, improving the structural integrity of the boom.
We use a boring machine to adjust the precision of the base, joints, and other critical structures after welding. This helps prevent tolerance issues caused by welding stress.
The production time is approximately 15 days, and the warranty period is 6 months from the date of installation.
We also provide a detailed parts list for the long reach boom, making maintenance and after-sales service easier for our customers.
