Our heavy-duty long reach boom is compatible with a wide range of excavator models. We ensure high-quality manufacturing that meets global standards. The boom is built with advanced techniques and materials to deliver superior performance and durability.

Standard components include bucket, linkage, bucket cylinder, 4 oil pipes/hoses, 6 pins, and a lubrication system. We can also provide stick cylinders if needed, or use your original machine's cylinders for better compatibility.

We can add extra hydraulic pipelines for applications like rock breakers, grapples, or quick hitches. Our welding process uses a mixture of 80% Argon and 20% CO2 for high-quality, strong welds.

The main material used is Q345B + Q690D, with Q690D used for the top and bottom plates. Pins are made from 42CrMo4 steel for enhanced strength. Some parts may be reinforced with thicker plates or overlapping plates for heavy-duty applications.

Before welding, we use a large edge milling machine to prepare the edges, ensuring precise and strong welds. After welding, we use a boring machine to adjust the precision of critical joints and structures, reducing stress and improving accuracy.

Production time is approximately 15 days, and the warranty lasts 6 months after installation. We also provide a detailed parts list to facilitate maintenance and after-sales support.
