The internal combustion engine remanufacturing industry alliance was formally established


July 2, 2014, the "Industrial Engine Remanufacturing Promotion Plan" promotion meeting and the establishment of the internal combustion engine remanufacturing industry alliance were held in Zhangjiagang. The meeting aims to implement the “Recommissioning Plan for Internal Combustion Engines” (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2013] No. 406).

In order to implement the "Plan", the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, in association with related industry associations and remanufacturing demonstration companies, initiated the establishment of the "Internal Combustion Engine Remanufacturing Industry Alliance" (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance") and held an unveiling ceremony. Secretary-General Xing Min read out the "Decision on the Establishment of the Internal Combustion Engine Remanufacturing Industry Alliance". Deputy Secretary-General Ge Hong read out the Self-Regulatory Convention on the Internal Combustion Engine Industry Remanufacturing Industry. The representatives of the alliance members signed the "Commitment on Commitment for Demonstration and Promotion of Internal Combustion Engine Remanufacturing Enterprises" 》

The coalition held one director (expanding) meeting. The meeting passed the "Articles of Association". The Council elected the chairman of the board of directors, and was served by Xing Min, executive vice chairman and secretary-general of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association; and four vice presidents, respectively, deputy secretary-general of the China Automobile Industry Association, Ye Shengji. Executive Vice President and Secretary General of China Construction Machinery Industry Association Su Zimeng, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association Hong Siangguo, Deputy Secretary General of China National Shipbuilding Industry Association Nie Lijuan; Executive Vice President 4 Li Feng, General Manager of Weichai Power (Weifang) Remanufacturing Co., Ltd., Jiang Boming, General Manager of Wuxi Dahao Power Co., Ltd., Huang Naixu, Deputy General Manager of Dongfeng Cummins Engine Co., Ltd., and Bu Xinwen, General Manager of Shanghai Happy Rebike Powertrain Co., Ltd.; Secretary Mr. Ge Hong, deputy secretary general of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, was nominated by the Secretary-General and approved by the Board of Directors. He was appointed as the assistant to General Manager of Weichai Power (Weifang) Remanufacturing Co., Ltd. Wang Shengbin, deputy general manager of Wuxi Dahao Power Co., Ltd. Yin Kaisong is the Deputy Secretary-General of the Alliance. He Guangyuan, Bao Xuding, and Xu Binshi were hired as advisors to the coalition and Li Dongru was hired as an expert advisor to the coalition. After deliberation of the council, it was agreed that Guangdong Mingjie Parts & Remanufacturing Co., Ltd., Maxima Engineering Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Baixu Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Chaifa Power Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Lingang Remanufacturing Industry Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Eight units of Jiaotong University, Shandong Provincial Institute of Internal Combustion Engines, and Wuhan Institute of Materials Protection joined the alliance.

Delegates considered that through the platform set up by the alliance, they strengthened industrial technology exchange and information sharing, enhanced the industry's cohesiveness and centripetal force, expanded the alliance's influence, cemented the entire internal combustion engine remanufacturing industry, and led the vigorous development of the internal combustion engine remanufacturing industry. The alliance will actively play the role of a link bridge, actively promote industry standards, actively join allies, actively promote the improvement of enterprise innovation capabilities, and organize and coordinate various implementation units to jointly advance the construction of internal combustion engine remanufacturing demonstration projects and technological research.

1. Introduction of Waste Oil Distillation Plant

Vacuum Pressure Distillation,is the new technology which can refine the tire oil , plastic oil , waste engine oil, sludge, motor oil and so on into base oil(which can be made into diesel and gasoline after processed by our catalyst). The oil quality is better than the original normal pressure distillation technology, which show on purity ,transparence, lightness .this technology will do deodorization and destinke process to the raw material oil automatically by "dry type" vacuum pressure distillation method. With the vacuum distillation technology, the distillation temperature is considerably reduced, and the oil output will higher 5%-10% compared with original normal pressure distillation technology. It makes more profits to the enterprise virtually.
