In recent years, in the process of accelerating the construction of phosphorus and coal chemical industry, the Phosphorus Group has fully utilized the high-temperature and high-pressure steam generated during the production of sulfuric acid to perform cogeneration, comprehensively utilized the industrial boilers and waste heat from sulfuric acid production, and built a waste heat recovery system for sulfuric acid. And 4 × 12MW generator sets, enabling enterprises to achieve the use of phosphorus chemical residual pressure heat energy development cascade utilization. In particular, after the localization of the low-temperature waste heat recovery technology for the sulphuric acid plant, the company's current sulphuric acid plant capacity has exceeded 4 million tons. If all the technologies are applied to replace coal-fired steam, it can produce 2 million tons of steam per year, save 32 million tons of circulating cooling water, save 230,600 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 575,000 tons, and save 28 million kwh.
