Measuring principle and classification of liquid particle counter by photoresist method

The photoresist particle counter is a measurement method developed along with cleanliness measurement and pollution degree monitoring. It is divided into two types according to the measurement object: one is a common name particle counter for measuring the size and quantity of particles in a gas, also called Dust counter; the other is the measurement of the size and quantity of particles in the liquid, called the photoresist particle counter.

The liquid particle counter of the photoresist method is mainly composed of a sampling system, a sensitive area, a counting system and the like. The particles enter the sensitive area, the optical path is blocked, the photoelectric intensity changes are received on the photoreceiver, and converted into voltage pulse signals, and the number of particles passing through different sizes is recorded through different voltage valves (or pulse height analyzer channels).

According to the measurement purpose of the instrument, it can be divided into the measurement of solid particles in the oil phase and the aqueous phase medium; according to the measurement method of the instrument, it can be divided into three types: fixed particle size, settable particle size and no particle size. .
