In recognition of the four favorable policies of advanced Yuchai’s talent building

On May 28, 2018, Yuchai Group held a commendation meeting and commended the winners of the National May 1st Labour Medal, the winner of the Guangxi Wuyi Labor Medal, and advanced representatives such as Yuchai’s model workers, outstanding middle management cadres, and outstanding young people. Fuping proposes four favorable policies for building talents

1. We must focus on building a highly skilled industrial workforce and a team of cadres who dare to perform good management, give full play to the company's outstanding cultural advantages, stimulate internal vitality, and lead Yuchai to achieve leapfrog development.

2. In the crucial period when the company is upgrading and the company is moving toward world-class, the company will re-evaluate a large number of advanced people who are distinguished by merit and industry.

3. In addition to the exchange of learning between middle and senior management cadres and high-skilled personnel to domestic and foreign outstanding enterprises and scientific research institutes, Yuchai will also promote the introduction of department-level management cadres this year to broaden their horizons and enhance their innovation.

4.
