From 16:00 on July 30th, the Harbin Environmental Protection Bureau regularly announced the monitoring of the water quality of the Harbin-Immigration section of the Songhua River and was broadcast on the local TV station.
Environmental monitoring station of Harbin Environmental Protection Bureau monitored the entrance section of Harbin, Songhua River at 10:00 on July 30th: Trimethylchlorosilane and hexamethyldisiloxane were not detected. The pH value of pH indicator was 7.30. See abnormal.
The Harbin Environmental Protection Bureau has set up two monitoring sections in Songhua River, Wuyuan and Zhushuntun, respectively, and identified nine key inspection items, which are monitored every morning and afternoon from July 29 to 31. Once the characteristic pollutants are detected in the upper reaches of the Harbin section of the river, the monitoring frequency will increase to 4 times a day. When the characteristic pollutants are approaching Harbin, they will be monitored every 3 hours.
