> Two optional structures are adopted, named water jacket structure and air jacket structure. Operation room is made of durable stainless steel and equipped with fan so that forced air convection is created in its internal air passage, which enhances its indoor temperature uniformity and balance of CO2density.Â
> When door opens, fan stops and heating also automatically ceases. (Model WJ-3, inlet valve CO2shuts down immediately) to reduce the degree of pollution caused by air admission.
> The incubator temperature is controlled by a microchip processor with PID algorithm for high precision and anti-interference capability. Internal air temperature, water temperature, and door temperature are controlled using three separate probes, ensuring high accuracy and minimizing vibration or fluctuation. (Air jacket models use two probes for controlling door and main body temperatures.)
> Touch-button switch, easy to handle, features LED digital display showing all fixed parameters for relevant working states.
> Multi-protective functions such as overheating, water shortage, and air supply cut-off ensure safe operation.
> Eliminate pollution using non-bacterial air filtration systems and ultraviolet sterilization.
> Maintain stable humidity in the operation room through natural evaporation.
KJ-IC04: Uses a gilded infrared-wave probe for accurate CO2 detection. The sensor has a lifespan of up to 15 years and can operate at any set concentration between 0 to 20%. It includes alarms for high concentration, slow rise, and no aspiration.
KJ-IC04-T: This model is the latest development featuring a large touch screen microcomputer control panel. It allows precise and visual control of temperature and gas concentration, supports human-machine interaction, provides clear image display and parameter configuration interface technology. It is safe, reliable, fast, and user-friendly.
