The expert team spot-checked three on-site grinding crankshafts for the four-cylinder gasoline engine of the A12 Beiqi sedan used in on-site testing and sent it to the measurement room for on-site inspection. The actual measured values ​​of all items met the technical requirements, and they were also associated with the internationally renowned CNC follow-up ( Point-of-Clension Tracking) The crankshaft grinding machine manufacturer Landis' crankshaft-like test report compares the machine tool processing. The machining efficiency and the measured values ​​of various inspection items are comparable to the crankshafts machined by Landis, and the individual indicators are better than Landis's indicators. For example, the phase tolerance of each journal is the index. Since the Beiji machine adopts dual drive, the test result is obviously better than that of Landis machine tool.
