At the same time as the joint venture, Foton will retain Auman as a national brand and promote it as the main product of the joint venture company to the global market. In the agreement between Beiqi Foton and Dai-Ke, the two parties will establish a joint venture company. The new company will produce Mercedes-Benz heavy trucks and Auman heavy trucks at a 50:50 investment ratio.
