Product Details:
1. The unique single blade or double blade impeller design greatly increases dirt capacity, allowing the pump to handle fiber materials with a diameter up to five times that of the pump's diameter, and solid particles with a diameter about 50% of the pump's diameter.
2. The mechanical seal is made from anti-corrosive hard tungsten carbide material, with improvements in double seals, enabling safe continuous operation of more than 8,000 hours in the oil chamber.
3. The compact overall structure, small size, low noise, remarkable energy-saving effect, easy maintenance, no need to build pumping stations, and ability to work underwater significantly reduce project costs.
4. The pump’s oil chamber is equipped with a high-precision anti-jamming leakage detection sensor, and the stator winding thermal components are embedded within the motor for absolute protection.
5. It is equipped with an automatic safety protection control cabinet, offering absolute protection against leakage, overload, and overheating, enhancing product safety and reliability according to user needs.
6. A float switch automatically controls the pump's start and stop based on the desired water level, making it extremely easy to use without supervision.
7. An automatic coupling installation system with dual rails is available upon request, providing great convenience for installation and repair, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the sump.
8. Full head within ensures that the motor will not be overloaded.
9. There are two different installation options: fixed automatic coupling system and mobile free installation system.
