Pafic has an ISO9001:2008 certified strict and scientific QC procedure designed for flawless production. Every step, from material purchase to final packaging, is under the control of the QC team. We also have ready solutions for every possible defect, ensuring no customer receives unqualified products.

    Pafic Testing Equipment:
We have most common testing equipment for metal production in-house. Mechanical properties: tensile strength tester, hardness tester, salt spray tester, xenon-lamp tester. Chemical properties: metal element analyzer.

    Third-party Lab Testing Service
For some projects or customers, test reports issued by nominated third-party laboratories are required. Pafic is familiar with this requirement and has good connections with SGS, BV, Intertek, CQC, PUNY, etc.

1. Do your products have better anti-rust capability?
Hot dip galvanized / electronic galvanized / powder coating (colors according to customers' requirements). Passed the salt spray testing. Usually, powder coating, galvanized finish, or epoxy finish is better for wet environments.

We have various sizes and types of racks for you to choose from. Some are adjustable, allowing you to set the desired level using interlocking pieces.

5. How do you control the quality of your products?
Our QC Department conducts salt spray testing, coating thickness tests, corrosion resistance tests, loading capacity tests, tension tests, dimension checks, and packaging drop tests in our factory testing and inspection room before shipment.

6. Are the packages sufficient for delivery?
We offer different types of cartons (including size, color, and thickness). All depend on clients’ requirements.

7. How can we learn more about your products or new designs?
We would provide free samples (1 set) for overseas clients if necessary, but express freight charges apply.

8. Where is your factory? Can we visit it?
Our factory is located in Qingdao City, Shandong Province. It takes one hour by car from Qingdao Airport to our factory. Our address is 1, Pafic Drive, Jiaobei Industrial Park, Jiaozhou, Qingdao, 266313, China.

9. How to assemble your products for us? Is it complicated?
