Exhaust Valve
The exhaust valve is widely used in independent heating systems, central heating systems, heating boiler furnaces, central air conditioning, floor heating, and solar heating system pipelines. Since water usually contains a certain amount of dissolved air, and the solubility of air decreases with rising temperature, gas gradually separates from the water during the circulation process, forming larger bubbles that eventually accumulate at the highest point of the system.

When gas accumulates in the system, it rises through the pipeline and collects at the highest point. The exhaust valve (number 19) is typically installed at this location. When gas enters the valve chamber, it gathers in the upper part of the exhaust valve. As the gas pressure increases inside the valve, it exceeds the system pressure, causing the water level to drop and the float to rise, which opens the vent. Once the gas is released and the water level rises again, the float lowers, closing the vent. Similarly, if negative pressure occurs in the system, the valve opens to allow atmospheric air to enter, preventing damage from low pressure. To stop the exhaust function, simply tighten the valve cap on the body. Under normal conditions, the bonnet should remain open. The exhaust valve can also be used with an isolation valve for easier maintenance.
Air Discharge Rate per Hour for Double-Port Exhaust Valve:
| Standard | 50 | 75 | 100 | 150 | 200 |
|----------|-------|-------|-------|-------|-------|
| m³/h | 6.5–13| 6.5–13| 10–20 | 19–38 | 31–62 |
This exhaust valve ensures efficient removal of air from the system, improving performance and reducing the risk of blockages or inefficiencies caused by trapped air. It is designed for durability and reliability, making it suitable for a wide range of heating and cooling applications.
