The multi-spot steam injection technology developed by the Shijiazhuang Refining Company and China University of Petroleum, a single-surface radiant oil refinery coking boiler, has recently been identified by scientific and technological achievements organized by Sinopec.
This technology applies advanced multi-spot steam injection technology, intermediate bridge wall optimization design, and new technology such as adding additional furnace tubes at the bottom. It solves the problem of poor oxidation of the furnace tubes, poor detection efficiency of the wall temperature thermocouple, and poor heat transfer performance of the coking furnace. Good long-term problems that plagued actual production; the simultaneous use of simultaneous adjustment of steam injection and control of the coke oven outlet temperature combined method to significantly reduce the amount of steam injection device, energy consumption decreased by 2.37 kg standard oil / ton of raw materials, petroleum coke yield decreased 1.21 percentage points, the furnace thermal efficiency increased by 1.43%. It is reported that this technology has been successfully applied in the 800,000 tons/year delayed coking unit of Shijiazhuang Petrochemical Company.
