Description:
These vibrators combine a high-speed range with eccentric working moments to deliver powerful and efficient vibration. The body is constructed from extruded stove enamelled aluminum, while the hard-coated end plates make them suitable for use in food and pharmaceutical industries. The GT-turbine vibrators meet current international noise standards under factory test conditions.

Design Features:
The vibration is generated by the centrifugal force created by the positive and negative unbalance moments in the rotor. The rotor is supported by two heavy-duty, pre-lubricated, matched shielded ball bearings. A special long-life grease ensures extended service life. The inner and outer raceways of the bearings are designed for easy replacement using just a pin wrench. The end plates feature right- and left-hand threads with self-locking mechanisms for secure installation.
