Marine Oil Separator
The Marine Oil Separator is a modular unit designed to remove water and mechanical impurities from fuel oil, lubricating oil, and other mineral oils in marine diesel engine units and land-based diesel generator sets. It helps reduce wear on engines and extends their lifespan. The device can also separate two immiscible liquids with different specific gravities or remove small amounts of solid particles from a liquid. It comes in two types: 2-phase solid-liquid separators and 3-phase oil-water-impurity separators. These units are suitable for both land and maritime use, and we hold a CCS certificate to confirm their performance and application.
There are various discharge options available, including manual, partial, full, and variable discharge, depending on the material being processed. The capacity is typically defined based on 0# diesel oil, and we provide a detailed chart to help you determine the exact processing capacity needed for your application. In addition to selling individual oil separators, we also offer complete systems that include pumps, valves, heaters, and piping.
