2. The triple mixing uses imported frequency converters for speed adjustment to meet different process requirements.
3. The homogenizing structure, made using German technology, features an imported double-end mechanical seal. Maximum rotation speed reaches 4,200rpm with shearing fineness up to 0.2-5μm.
4. Vacuum defoaming ensures aseptic conditions, and vacuum material sucking prevents dust during powder handling.
5. The lid can be lifted for easy cleaning, and the pot can tilt for discharge.
6. The tank body is constructed from three-layer stainless steel with mirror polishing to meet international standards.
