**Product Description:**
The KCB3800 is a large-capacity gear oil pump designed for delivering non-corrosive lubricating oil or similar liquids without solid particles or fibers, at temperatures below 300°C and viscosities ranging from 5 to 1500cSt.
**Application Scope:**
This pump can be used as a transfer pump, booster pump, or fuel pump in oil delivery systems. It is also suitable for pressurization and injection in fuel supply systems and as a lubricating pump in various industrial applications.
**Structural Features:**
The KCB series gear pumps are composed of gears, shafts, pump body, casing, safety valve, and shaft-end seals. Heat-treated gears offer high hardness and strength, rotating inside replaceable bearing sleeves. All internal components are lubricated by the fluid being pumped.
The pump is designed with leakage and return channels to minimize torque on the gears, reducing bearing load and increasing efficiency. A safety valve is integrated to protect against overpressure, with a full return flow pressure 1.5 times higher than the rated discharge pressure. It can be adjusted within the allowable range but should not be used as a long-term pressure-reducing valve. If needed, a separate pressure-reducing valve can be installed.
