1. Where is your location?

We are located in Qingdao City, China, close to Liuting Airport. It takes about 30 minutes by car to reach our company from the airport.

2. How long has the company been established?

6. How long does it take to receive samples?

a) Pattern: 30-45 days after order
b) Sample: 30 days after pattern completion
c) Lead time includes general production but not transportation time.

7. New Product Development Process

Receive tooling and sample orders with 50% deposit → Hold meeting with relevant departments to confirm schedule → Design pattern, fixtures, and gauges → Purchase mold steel → Machining → Inspection → Ship sample with initial inspection report.

8. How long is the manufacturing lead time?

Mass Production: 90 days after sample approval. Lead time includes transportation time. We can make special arrangements for urgent orders.

9. What basis can we buy goods?

We offer FOB and CIF (Carriage, Insurance & Freight). CIF includes freight to your nominated sea port. We can assist with customs clearance through a local freight forwarder. All local costs and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

10. What are the payment terms?

Payment terms are negotiable. For long-term customers, terms may be improved. Initially, 50% of the tooling fee is required in advance, with the balance due upon sample acceptance. Production orders are also negotiable. We prefer 50% deposit and the balance via T/T before shipment, though T/T 30 days after shipment is also acceptable.

11. Which currency can we buy in?

We accept USD, EUR, and GBP.

12. How long does it take to ship goods from China by sea?

It takes approximately 5 weeks to European ports plus 1 week for customs clearance, totaling around 6-7 weeks. For the U.S. East Coast, it takes about 2 weeks; for the West Coast, 3 weeks. All shipments leave from Qingdao Port.

13. How long does it take to ship goods from China by air?

Approximately 7 days to most major destinations.

14. Can we visit the factory for an audit?

Yes, we welcome factory visits with prior arrangement.

15. How do we ensure client confidentiality?

We are happy to sign Confidentiality Agreements and will honor them strictly.

16. In which languages do we conduct business?

Although we operate internationally, we communicate effectively in English and Chinese. All information should be provided in these languages.

17. Is there a minimum order volume for international purchases?

There is no minimum order volume, but higher volumes are more economical due to fixed import costs. Each potential customer is assessed individually to determine if a relationship is viable.

18. What types of parts do you specialize in?

Our business is divided into two areas: one focuses on construction precast systems including lifting systems and rigging hardware; the other specializes in custom metal parts such as sand castings, investment castings, lost foam castings, hot and cold forgings, stampings, machined parts, and injection-molded plastics.
