1. Where is your location?

We are located in Qingdao City, China, close to Liuting Airport. It takes about 30 minutes by car from the airport to our company.

6. How long does it take to receive samples?

Pattern: 30-45 days after order
Sample: 30 days after pattern completion
Lead time includes general production time, not shipping time.

7. New Product Development Process

Receive tooling and sample orders with 50% deposit → Hold meetings with relevant departments to ensure development schedule → Design patterns, fixtures, and gauges → Purchase mold steel → Machining → Inspection → Ship sample with initial inspection report.

8. How long is the manufacturing lead time?

Mass Production: 90 days after sample approval. Lead time includes production and shipping time. We can adjust for urgent needs.

9. What basis can we buy goods on?

We offer FOB and CIF (Carriage, Insurance, Freight). CIF includes freight to your nominated sea port. We can assist with customs clearance through local forwarders. All local costs and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

10. What are the payment terms?

Payment terms are negotiable. Initially, 50% of the tooling fee is required in advance, with the balance paid upon sample acceptance. Production orders are flexible. We prefer 50% deposit and the rest via T/T before shipment, but sometimes 30 days after shipment is acceptable.

11. Which currency can we purchase in?

USD, EUR, GBP.

12. How long does it take to ship goods from China by sea?

Approximately 5 weeks to European ports plus 1 week for customs, totaling 6-7 weeks. 2 weeks to the east coast, 3 weeks to the west coast of the U.S. All shipments go through Qingdao Port.

13. How long does it take to ship goods from China by air?

Approximately 7 days to major destinations.

14. Can we visit the factory for an audit?

Yes, we welcome factory visits with prior arrangements.

15. How do we ensure client confidentiality?

We are happy to sign Confidentiality Agreements and will honor them.

16. In which languages do we conduct business?

We primarily communicate in English and Chinese. All information must be provided in these languages.

17. Is there a minimum order volume for international purchases?

There is no minimum order volume, but higher volumes are more cost-effective due to fixed import costs. Each potential customer is assessed individually to determine if a relationship is viable.

Our business covers two main areas: one is construction precast parts including lifting systems and rigging hardware, and the other is customized metal parts such as sand castings, investment castings, lost foam castings, hot and cold forgings, stampings, machined parts, and injection-molded plastics.
