Drip Tester Operation Sequence The Drip Tester Drip Procedure is suitable for equipment that is normally weatherproof, but may be exposed to dripping due to condensation or surface leaks. The test device tests the physics and other related properties of the product under simulated climatic conditions to verify whether the performance of the product can meet the requirements for product design, improvement, verification and factory inspection.
The drip procedure test procedure for the drip tester produced by Wuhan Test is as follows:
(1) Put the sample into the drip tester according to the normal working condition, and connect all the fittings and fittings to ensure that the temperature of the sample and water is not less than 10°C.
(2) The sample is to be worked and subjected to a rainfall of 15 min at a uniform rate not less than 1 m (this height is measured from the upper front of the specimen). All test devices shall be capable of ensuring that all specimens are tested during the test. The surface is affected by water droplets at the same time. Specimens with a glass cover should be tilted at 45° with the scale facing up.
(3) After 15 minutes of exposure, remove the specimen from the drip tester and remove enough panels or covers to check for internal water seepage.
(4) Visually inspect the sample for signs of water seepage.
(5) Measure any free water in the sample and record the result.
(6) Perform job inspections on the samples as specified in the technical documents and record the results.
