Working Principle:
The main shaft has bearings on both sides, driven by the motor and reduction gear to rotate the spiral blades, which mesh together to tear and crush the material. The electronic control system includes an automatic reverse function that stops the machine if overfeeding or oversized material causes damage to the blades or motor. The main shaft undergoes heat treatment to improve torque and durability, and high-quality imported blades are used for better performance.
