The LGP300/350/85PL-E customized grout station is a fully integrated system that combines a mixer, agitator, and hydraulic plunger pump in one compact unit. This advanced equipment is ideal for use in highway, railway, hydropower, construction, mining, and other ground and underground projects. The high-speed vortex mixer ensures quick and even mixing of water, cement, and other materials into a homogeneous slurry. The mixture is then transferred to the agitator for continuous stirring before being pumped through the grout pump. This setup enables efficient and uninterrupted grouting operations. The hydraulic-driven grout pump offers stepless adjustment of pressure and flow rate, making it highly adaptable to various site conditions.
