Vibrating spiral conveyor, also known as vertical vibrating conveyor or spiral elevator conveyor, is designed to lift bulk materials, powders, granules, pellets, and tablets vertically up to 25 feet with minimal floor space. The material is conveyed upward or downward due to the action of two vibrators mounted in opposite directions. This design eliminates the need for bearings or internal moving parts that could degrade the material.
Customized functions such as heating, cooling, drying, and spreading can be added based on specific requirements.
