BDV080S Straight Back Flush Low Pressure Control Valve
The BDV series back-flushing control valves are 3-way and 2-chamber hydraulic-driven diaphragm valves with low-pressure sealing and smooth flow transition. These valves can be integrated with gravel or disc filters to create an automatic backwash filtration system. They also allow for flow direction changes in water supply systems. The valve features two control chambers, enabling it to switch between angular and straight flow based on the spring assembly orientation. The unique cavity design ensures a high volume of water flow.

How It Works?
Taking a direct flow control valve as an example:
During normal filtering mode, the inlet and outlet are connected, allowing straight water flow. When pressurized water enters the diaphragm control chamber, the diaphragm drives the spool assembly upward to the upper valve seat, sealing the inlet and connecting the sewage outlet, initiating the backwashing cycle. Once the pressure is released, the spool returns to the lower seat via spring force and pipeline pressure, closing the sewage outlet and resuming filtration.
